This will be the bare minimum of a story, in the spirit of the bare minimum VAZ-1801.
Just look at it.
It was designed as a stadium and infrastructure runabout, so it’s electric, with two nickel-zinc batteries, and a huge top speed of 40 km/h (25 mph). The batteries alone weighed 360 kg (795 lbs), but this puppy was built for cruising, and had an incredible 160 km (100 mile) range.
Where would you have seen it? The 1980 Moscow Olympics. I guess the hallways were really long around the stadiums Russia built.
